Now we all know that time is a total illusion! The “clock” was created on the perceived necessity that train schedules required a standard measure. This week I reached a new understanding of the control that “clock”, which claims to measure time, has had on my life.
Have you ever considered life without a clock? Eons of human life managed very well. The Sun, the Moon and the Stars were very accurate measures and guides. Human Beings were by nature connected with their Source and made moment to moment decisions based on that connection.
You are asking: what does all this have to do with my favorite topic, Health? I believe it has everything to do with our health. Life has become a mechanized experience and if we were all robots there might be little impact. However, in the Human Being exists every element of the Universe. To totally ignore and down play the influence of all aspects of our Source has lead us down some ineffective pathways.
For my personal experience this week, I have reached a new clarity of why a state of disorganization has too often prevailed in my life. I have become aware of my total preoccupation about the measure of time it takes to accomplish any deed I set out to do. I now realize I make the majority of my daily decisions on the clock and the amount of time I plan to allow for any activity. Too often a task is left unfinished.
The outcome has frequently been a sense of disappointment at the end of a day. I have spent time that is for sure. But when I ask myself did I get full value for the time I spent, the answer is often negative.
With this new clarity I have gained, I plan to put my focus on the task that I am involved with. As time is an illusion, I already know that it can stretch to accommodate anything I have a clear intent of completing. I look forward to becoming a person of completions and anticipate an increase in my energy, my vitality and of course my Health.
