The body and its systems is an amazing miracle in how it serves us. It even functions when our support falls short. My previous blog spoke of some of the choices we make that create a challenge for our body to function within its natural ability.
The process of healthy elimination was my focus in that blog. There are basic considerations to maintain healthy and effective elimination.
The list would include: adequate water intake, adequate exercise, adequate fiber, balanced nutrition and prompt response when the urge is there. I will focus on each of these in future posts.
