It is amazing how our culture has mastered negativity, not only about our own personal self, but of others we interact with and the circumstances of our life.

When you are having a low self-esteem day, remind yourself that you deserve more than the negative beliefs you cloak yourself in. You are as deserving of success, happiness, health, wealth and love as anyone in the world, even if you don’t feel that way in the moment. Accepting this intellectually will help you change your thoughts when your beliefs try to pull you down. It is a choice we make when we focus on the negative. It only takes a change in decision to switch to focusing on the positive. Perhaps it will take some effort initially to catch yourself with a negative thought or behavior. Just hang in, keep your focus, and you will turn your life around with your new positive outlook!
