Do not end statements in a questioning tone of voice. Ending your statements in a questioning tone of voice makes you appear uncertain and even insecure. It can also confuse the listener about whether you are making a statement or asking a question. Using inappropriate inflections will not encourage people to take you seriously particularly in a professional setting. If you tend to use a questioning tone of voice when making statements, spend some time daily practicing the opposite. Take a deep breath, exhale as you speak and make sure your inflection goes down at the end of your sentence.
