“Wise people have often said that it isn’t what happens to us that is so difficult, but rather how we relate to what happens to us. To be able to laugh or even to contemplate laughing about our problems is enough to shift our attitude. Once our attitude shifts, we think more clearly, we care more carefully, and we enjoy our lives more by connecting not only with ourselves and others, but also with our universe.”
This quote from Dr. Annette Goodheart’s book titled Laughter Therapy, is worth reading more than once. As well I encourage you to use laughter to deal with any difficult issue in your life.
