HOWEVER, the actual fact is the bladder does not fully empty. Sadly, a negative effect has has been a high incidence of prostrate cancer.
It seems obvious that men would e very wise to change their habits and sit to urinate. Even better for both men and women is to have a small stool to raise your knees and achieve a greater tilt of the pelvis to ensure full emptying of the bladder!
